It ended up being just my fiance and myself so it was pretty much a private tour 🙂 We found out that they do longer riding and fishing excursions in Montana so you can bet that's on my bucket list for the future!”

The horses were in excellent condition and obviously well cared for. Our guide Anna did an outstanding job and you could tell very proud of the owners and staff. “Two of my friends and I took an hour and a half ride that was just the right amount of time for us. Weather was perfect with resent rainfall in the area keeping the dust at a minimum. Our lady guide new her stuff and couldn't have been more informative, friendly, or courteous. Well mannered horses are a must to be able to enjoy the ride fully. These horses are well cared for and trained without it becoming a hobby horse ride. Trails are not just follow the leader straight down a narrow path. We rode up and down around and through hills, valleys and across some of the most beautiful scenery. Highly recommend this ride if you like to see a little of Arizona's wilderness and yet be so close to everything.”

“Our 1 hour trail ride was wonderful. We were able to schedule the ride on short notice, just a few hours ahead of time. When we arrived the horses were ready for us, and everyone at the ranch was friendly and helpful. Our group of four was mostly comprised of inexperienced riders, but our guide coached us throughout the ride. She was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the area and the horses, and friendly with a great sense of humor.
This was a great, authentic way to enjoy the beauty of the desert. I'd highly recommend.”

“After walking away from another horse riding place in Wickenburg where we had booked because we were appalled by the disorganisation and state of the horses, Gil and his wife were recommended to us. We are experienced horse riders and owners and wanted to enjoy something different with Western saddles and beautiful scenery. We spent a fantastic three hours with just us two and Gil riding through canyons, dry river beds etc, amazing views, great guiding and interesting chat from Gil. The horses were as we had hoped, great examples of local horses, forward going, responsive, sure footed and fun. Gil took time to think about what horses were right for our ability and what route we would enjoy. Their website isn't great but locals rightly recommend these guys who are clearly knowledgeable and care for their horses. Just the experience we hoped for, highly recommended.”
